Chandigarh Superintendent of Police (DSP) Chandigarh Dilsher Chandel on Saturday slammed Punjab Congress chief Navjot Singh Sidhu after he instructed his social gathering staff to make “cops moist their pants” at a political rally.

“With out police safety, even a rickshaw puller is not going to take heed to his speech”, Mr Chandel mentioned slamming Mr Sidhu.
“Politicians shouldn’t make enjoyable of policemen on responsibility like this. They’re simply doing their responsibility and politicians shouldn’t demoralize them by making such statements,” he mentioned.
“The safety forces has its personal dignity. (Mr) Sidhu has defamed the complete Punjab Police by making such shameful feedback,” he added.
