Punjab Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi’s nephew, Bhupendra Singh Honey, has been arrested by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in an unlawful sand-mining case. The probe company took Honey into custody yesterday night and can produce him in a CBI courtroom right now.
They mentioned Honey was arrested underneath the provisions of the Prevention of Cash Laundering Act (PMLA) late at evening.
